The hotel staff were very accommodating and the room was suitable.

Nothing serious.....more English channels, double check to make sure the room is super clean. The sheets and bedcovers need to be updated, they are old and worn.

We would happily suggest this place to anyone visiting the city as it's conveniently located near the airport.

Nothing it is perfect.

Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (even when my room changed three times the same problem continue, the water flow in the sink and the shower sink), very bad breakfast, very bad smell … I will not visit this hotel again even if they rent the room for 1$ per night .

Great location near the city center and lively streets. Nice rooftop view and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was well equipped and cleaned daily.

The staff at Galaxy Amman Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded to a suite for free. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Despite some drawbacks such as the lack of cleanliness and hygiene, and the intermittent hot water in the shower, I still had a positive experience overall. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel's location is superb, it is very close to the center of everything in this city, and transportation is very convenient. The staff's hospitality and warm welcome made our stay very pleasant. They even have V.I.P cars and taxis to take you anywhere, anytime. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were remarkable. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the fast and convenient room service. Lastly, the breakfast was terrific and the staff were very attentive.

We had a great experience during our city trip at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, which had a variety of dishes to choose from.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things we didn't like. The quality of the WiFi was not consistent, which was a bit frustrating.
